In addition, he\/she oversees and participates in the development, updating and validation of a coherent set of documents ensuring a process that respects the quality of operations.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Full time job 40 hours per week<\/li>\n<li>Work from the office or from home<\/li>\n<li>Flexible working schedule<\/li>\n<li>Paid training<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4><strong>Responsibilities and Tasks:<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p><strong><em>Project Management<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Call clients for weekly project review which includes project status updates (task, status and budget review), PM point of contact for Customer and follow-up on the work performed and plan actions to correct course as needed<\/li>\n<li>Review project with Architect\/Analyst, technical specialist, programmer team leader, and others as needed (at minimum bi-weekly)<\/li>\n<li>Generate weekly report for Director\/Senior Team which includes weekly review with Director on current status of all projects. Constantly monitor and report on progress of the project(s)<\/li>\n<li>Maintain Project systems (Internal\/External) such as Time Tracker (project setup\/hours reporting, module management, ticket\/change request management and outsource partner follow-ups and time entries) and Teamwork (client interface)<\/li>\n<li>Manage detailed Project Plan with internal team and Customers<\/li>\n<li>Track tasks (Internal\/External) which includes third party partner scheduling and follow-up with head of development department to get status on deliverables for projects<\/li>\n<li>Update documentation review continuous improvement to process and enforce and follow N\u2019ware methodology at all times or propose and implement new solutions to improve productivity within projects<\/li>\n<li>Participates in the implementation of processes, techniques, equipment, and new technologies<\/li>\n<li>Suggests changes to method or work tools as required<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><em>Coordination<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Assist in assigning projects to analysts and product specialists as well as other stakeholders<\/li>\n<li>Accompanies resources in the application of the methodologies and ensures their understanding and application<\/li>\n<li>Ensures that weekly customer follow-ups are actually done properly and verbally while confirming in writing the status post discussion (project status, task to do, approval and budget review)<\/li>\n<li>Coordinates and helps to prioritize the activities of the various stakeholders in the project: analysts, programmers, specialists, etc.<\/li>\n<li>Issues reports to management on the achievement of objectives in terms of quality, quantity, time, and costs<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4><strong>Skills:<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Teamwork, initiative, Innovative, Sense of organization and structure<\/li>\n<li>Use of project management tools such as MS Project<\/li>\n<li>Leadership oriented result<\/li>\n<li>Diplomacy with the people involved internally and externally<\/li>\n<li>Timeless: Know the importance of meeting deadlines<\/li>\n<li>Focus on Customer: Want to satisfy the customer\u2019s expectations while being honest and realistic<\/li>\n<li>Take the means to maintain a good work climate as well as a good level of motivation within the team<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4><strong>Job Requirements<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Training: Bachelor\u2019s degree in administration or computer management<\/li>\n<li>Experience: 5 to 7 years of experience in project management<\/li>\n<li>Others training or knowledge: PMP<\/li>\n<li>Linguistic Knowledge: Excellent English<\/li>\n<li>Computer Knowledge: MS Project or other project management tools<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"author":11,"featured_media":0,"template":"","meta":{"_promoted":"","_job_location":"Mountrath, Ireland","_application":"recruiting@nwaretech.com","_company_name":"","_company_website":"","_company_tagline":"","_company_twitter":"","_company_video":"","_filled":0,"_featured":0,"_remote_position":0,"_job_salary":"","_job_salary_currency":"","_job_salary_unit":""},"job-types":[146],"class_list":{"0":"post-7989","1":"job_listing","2":"type-job_listing","3":"status-publish","4":"hentry","6":"job-type-full-time"},"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.5 -
