As a Senior WMS Analyst, you will design, implement, and support Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) for our clients in the manufacturing and distribution sectors. You will play a key role in analyzing business requirements, delivering tailored solutions, and ensuring successful system implementations from start to finish.

RESPONSIBILITIES & TASKS

  • Analyze client business needs and recommend appropriate WMS solutions.
  • Collaborate with project teams, management, and client stakeholders (on-site or via web/phone conferences).
  • Support development of custom applications, as well as installation, configuration, and ongoing maintenance.
  • Analyze reporting requirements; develop and use Crystal Reports.
  • Identify performance or functionality issues and propose corrective solutions.
  • Prepare functional documentation (requirements, workflows, timelines, architecture).
  • Guide programmers by providing detailed specifications and ongoing support.
  • Test all new applications, modules, and add-ons prior to client implementation.
  • Assist with system setup, data transfer, and technical configurations alongside client teams.
  • Create end-user documentation, change requests, SOPs, and internal technical notes.
  • Prepare training manuals and deliver training sessions for client users.
  • Oversee final data conversion and support clients during go-live and post-implementation phases.
  • Pursue continuous learning on evolving WMS technologies.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field.
  • Solid experience with Tier III WMS systems.
  • 7+ years of experience in consulting/implementation with SMB clients (manufacturing & distribution).
  • Proficiency in SQL, Crystal Reports, and other reporting tools.
  • Strong background working with cross-functional teams and delivering excellent client service.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).
  • Ability and willingness to travel up to 50%.
