FRENCH)<\/h4>\n[\/vc_column_text][vc_separator][mk_padding_divider][vc_column_text css=&#8221;.vc_custom_1698951414622{margin-bottom: 0px !important;}&#8221;]The Customer Support Technician is responsible for supporting our customers according to two areas of expertise:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application aspect<\/strong>: He\/She provides first-line customer service when our customers encounter problems with the software or its applications.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Technical aspect<\/strong>: He\/She is in charge of technical support during the implementation, installation and configuration of the software for our customers.[\/vc_column_text][mk_padding_divider size=&#8221;15&#8243;][vc_column_text css=&#8221;.vc_custom_1698951432420{margin-bottom: 0px !important;}&#8221;]\n<h4><strong>RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>FRONT LINE<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Answers service calls and customer inquiries<\/li>\n<li>Organize and prioritize in tickets<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>CORRECTION OF SITUATION<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Communicate with customer to gather needed information to understand the issue<\/li>\n<li>Consults user guides, technical manuals and other documents to locate and Implement solutions<\/li>\n<li>Reproduces the problematic situation in order to better understand it<\/li>\n<li>Use is technical knowledge and documentation to diagnose the issue and find a solution<\/li>\n<li>Installs the solution at the customer&#8217;s premises from the office or through an internal programmer<\/li>\n<li>Provides advice and training to users \/ customers in response to difficulties encountered<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>FOLLOW-UP AND DOCUMENTATION<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Organizes and maintains a log of problems and solutions for use by other stakeholders<\/li>\n<li>Updates the client&#8217;s connection and password file<\/li>\n<li>Participate in writing new specifications for applications<\/li>\n<li>Collaborates in solving various problems with members of customer service and other departments<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>IMPLEMENTATION<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Develops, in collaboration with the various stakeholders, technical solutions to the problems submitted<\/li>\n<li>Is responsible for the technical aspect for customer support<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>MISCELLANEOUS<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Provides and installs new versions and client updates<\/li>\n<li>Does all other required tasks by his supervisor as part of his functions<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4><strong>SKILLS<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Teamwork: give his opinion, ask for help from others, and support general opinions<\/li>\n<li>Analytical: identify every element of a situation, compare data, detect problems, and identify the causes<\/li>\n<li>Innovative: contemplate about the efficiency of the present operation methods, bring new elements, and try out new things<\/li>\n<li>Methodology: demonstrates method, can manage several projects simultaneously<\/li>\n<li>Motivation: start over many times and try to pursue despite difficulties<\/li>\n<li>Initiative: take initiatives and be creative<\/li>\n<li>Timeliness: feel that meeting deadlines is of great importance<\/li>\n<li>Confidentiality: ability to exercise discretion<\/li>\n<li>Excellence in customer service: is able to put the customer at the heart of his actions<\/li>\n<li>Resourcefulness and autonomy: finds the information he needs to do his job, is able to organize his daily schedule<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4><strong>JOB REQUIREMENTS<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Professional or college degree in computer science<\/li>\n<li>5 years of experience and more<\/li>\n<li><b>Particular knowledge<\/b>: Linux server is a must, SAP Hana, Microsoft Windows server, IIS, SSL certificate, printers, Databases such as MS SQL Server, networking basics<\/li>\n<li><strong>Linguistic knowledge<\/strong>: Bilingual (English-French)<\/li>\n<li><strong>Other requirements<\/strong> : Is recognized for his ability to work in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams internally and externally as well as for his customer engagement.
