N’ware is looking for a driven, result-oriented, and motivated Business Development Representative to play a key role in generating qualified leads for the sales team to accelerate our company’s growth. Reporting to the Director of Marketing, the BDR’s purpose is to engage with prospective customers via phone calls to promote our products/services, generate sales opportunities, and maximize sales conversion. The ideal candidate excels in fast-paced environments, is motivated by surpassing goals, and demonstrates a passion for discovering and implementing innovative lead generation strategies.
RESPONSIBILITIES OVERVIEW
- Prospect List Management:
- Build and maintain targeted prospect lists within the manufacturing and distribution sectors using relevant tools and data sources.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of activities, leads and opportunities in the CRM system.
- Segment lists based on geography, industry, verticals, and other relevant criteria.
- Outbound Lead Generation:
- Establish contact with potential customers mainly through phone calls, supported by a multichannel approach (e-mails, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Qualify, nurture and follow up with leads generated from marketing campaigns or referral partners
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales or lead generation targets.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine outreach strategies and develop scripts tailored to the customer’s needs, segments, persona, etc.
DESIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Degree in business, communications and other relevant fields, or equivalent practical experience
- 1-5 years of experience in sales/business development and result-oriented personality
- Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales outreach
- Knowledge of the ERP, CRM, or e-commerce industry
