NetSuite Next has been introduced through a phased rollout, with new capabilities becoming available over time as Oracle continues to evolve the platform. With the latest phase of NetSuite 2026.2, more customers can begin experiencing the next generation of NetSuite, including AI-powered features designed to make everyday tasks more intuitive, connected, and efficient.

THE FUTURE OF AI-POWERED ERP

NETSUITE NEXT

NetSuite Next is a redesigned version of NetSuite with AI embedded throughout the platform, delivering a more intuitive and intelligent user experience without changing the core system you already know. AI is built into NetSuite to help users work more efficiently and uncover insights faster.

When your account becomes eligible, your administrator can request a NetSuite Next preview account using a copy of your existing environment, allowing your team to evaluate the new experience before enabling access in production.

There’s no need for migration or reimplementation to start taking advantage of the new AI capabilities, since it’s the same NetSuite platform. With Ask Oracle surfacing insights and simplifying everyday tasks, NetSuite Next makes it easier to access information and get more value from your ERP.

ASK ORACLE

Ask Oracle is a conversational AI assistant that lets users ask questions using natural language to generate reports, view insights and records, complete everyday tasks, and learn how to use specific NetSuite features. For more advanced analysis of larger datasets, Ask Oracle opens a Canvas workspace where you can create ad hoc dashboards, visualizations, KPI scorecards, charts, graphs, tables, and add written summaries to refine your analysis. Completed canvases can be printed or exported as PDFs, making it easy to share insights with colleagues and stakeholders. The same Ask Oracle experience is also available on NetSuite Next, providing a consistent AI-powered assistant across the platform.

AGENTIC AI

Agentic AI for the NetSuite Integration Platform enables organizations to build intelligent, AI-powered workflows that can complete multi-step processes by connecting with large language models. By reducing the need for complex integration logic, it helps businesses accelerate automation while making workflows more adaptable and efficient. The feature also introduces human approval checkpoints, allowing workflows to pause for employee review when needed and automatically resume once approved, providing greater control, reliability, and trust in AI-driven processes.

FINANCE AND ACCOUNTING UPDATES

A range of finance and accounting enhancements were designed to improve accuracy, efficiency, and visibility across financial operations. From streamlined billing and revenue management capabilities to smarter reporting and automation tools, these updates help finance teams reduce manual processes and make faster, more informed decisions.

NETSUITE ADVANCED PRICING

Enhanced Price Level Relationship View shows how price levels connect to customers, items, and price rules, making it easier to validate pricing configurations before they impact transactions. For consumer goods brands managing large SKU counts, seasonal updates, and promotions, these enhancements reduce manual maintenance and keep more pricing management within NetSuite instead of offline spreadsheets. New pricing analytics workbooks combine price rules, price levels, item history, and sales outcomes to provide greater visibility into pricing effectiveness. Expanded AI-powered pricing narrative insights now support more sellable item types, helping pricing teams interpret pricing data and understand recommended or recent changes, and improve pricing transparency.

NETSUITE SUITEBILLING

A new Externally Rated Usage Billing feature in SuiteBilling allows businesses to import precalculated usage charges from third-party systems into billing revenue workflows. These charges can then be processed through NetSuite Advanced Revenue Management, enabling accurate revenue allocation and recognition while streamlining usage-based billing processes.

NETSUITE SUBSCRIPTION METRICS

Subscription Metrics includes a committed revenue toggle that allows finance and revenue teams to switch dashboard views from actual performance to committed monthly or annual recurring revenue, providing clearer visibility into future revenue alongside enhanced KPI drilldowns for metrics such as growth, net revenue retention, and customer acquisition cost.

To further improve financial and accounting performance, NetSuite continues to enhance existing capabilities, introduce new features, and streamline processes across the platform. These updates help businesses in areas such as international payments, tax management, financial analysis, and integrations.

IMPROVED COMPLIANCE, WORKFORCE AND ANALYTICS

Beyond the core finance, accounting, and AI updates, the latest NetSuite release introduces further enhancements designed to improve compliance, workforce management, and data-driven decision-making.

NETSUITE COMPLIANCE 360

The new Compliance Audit Approver roles introduce workflow-based audit control assignments, streamline approval processes, and updated audit status KPIs on the dashboard. These enhancements make it easier to assign audit responsibilities, manage approvals, and monitor audit progress with greater visibility and control.

LABOR COST VISIBILITY AND ENHANCED TIME TRACKING

Finance teams can gain deeper insight into labor costs with AI-generated summaries and reports that connect workforce expenses to financial performance. Enhanced time tracking capabilities, including Start Time and End Time fields, improve the accuracy and usability of employee time data across payroll, billing, compliance, and reporting processes.

ANALYTICS WAREHOUSE

NetSuite Analytics Warehouse introduces enhancements that make analytics faster, more accessible and easier to navigate with new dashboard shortcuts, expanded Financials Foundation report templates, and a guided time series calculation wizard. Users can quickly access frequently used dashboards and reports through role-based collections curated by administrators, while new financial report templates provide faster access to key insights with AI-powered analysis and third-party data for added context.

The NetSuite 2026.2 release is just one step in Oracle’s broader NetSuite Next vision. Over the coming phases, customers can expect a modernized user experience, conversational AI with Ask Oracle, agentic workflows, and deeper AI-powered insights designed to simplify everyday work and automate routine tasks.
