Client care & Project Coordinator

The Client Care & Project coordinator role is to provide a value-added experience to N’ware’s customers and support the Practice by doing coordination and follow up.
Responsibilities Overview:
Client Care
- Determine client satisfaction (post Go-Live).
- Route -or where possible answer service tickets and customer inquiries.
- Provide advice and training to the users/customers in response to challenges raised by customers.
- Triage & assign service tickets to the relevant department & team members
- Collaborate with members of the Customer Service team and other departments to solve miscellaneous problems.
- Identify sales opportunities with our current customers.
- Small (license) orders administration
- Follow up on service tickets progress
- Identify new opportunities from Customer queries:
Project coordination
- Administration & follow up on Change Requests for customers
- Undertake the administration of smaller customer projects
- Ensure clients are updated on their smaller projects
- Customer Finance queries: overall account queries & detailed statement
- Finance: credit control follow up for the Practice
- Address Timesheet & invoice queries from Customers
- Coordination & follow up with our Tech support team on work assigned for our customers
- Coordination & follow up with our Development team on work assigned for our customers
- Customer queries: route consultancy questions to the relevant team members
- Undertakes additional tasks assigned by their supervisor as part of the role
Skills & Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant professional experience
- Experience in Client Care / Customer Support with a strong customer-centric mindset
- Experience in Project Coordination (PCO) and project management, including task tracking, follow-ups, and timeline management
- Ability to coordinate between clients, internal teams, and external stakeholders
- Strong organizational, prioritization, and time management skills
- Ability to handle multiple requests while maintaining a high level of service quality
- Knowledge of SAP Business One is a strong asset
- Experience in an ERP, IT, or professional services environment is an asset
