Demand Generation & Automation Lead

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven professional to join our growing team. The Demand Generation & Marketing Automation Lead’s role is to develop, implement strategies to maximize lead conversion through nurturing, content and automation. The position involves strategy, execution, analysis and project management in various areas listed above. Resourcefulness, accuracy and quality will be key for this senior position, which is designed to accelerate the delivery of marketing projects by reducing bottlenecks.

RESPONSABILITIES AND TASKS

CUSTOMER JOURNEY/LEAD NURTURING STRATEGY

  • Develop and recommend a structured customer journey to nurture prospects through several touchpoints (offline + online) until the moment they are ready to buy
  • Implement the process using automation technology to optimize efficiency
  • Locate journey based on customer locations and languages
  • Optimize the customer journey based on results
  • Bring the journey to the next level, with personalized content based on prospect industry, contact job title, etc.

INBOUND LEAD GENERATION & CONTENT CREATION

  • Develop compelling content to support the nurturing strategy and generate inbound traffic
  • Conduct website maintenance and updates as needed
  • Analyze website traffic and user behavior to maximize conversion rates

OUTBOUND LEAD GENERATION & MARKETING AUTOMATION

  • Build and maintain targeted prospect lists using relevant tools and data sources
  • Segment lists based on geography, industry, verticals, and other relevant criteria
  • Execute and manage digital marketing campaigns, including cold email, digital ads, and outreach initiatives
  • Deploy automated workflows to accelerate lead generation processes

EVENT MARKETING (TRADESHOWS, WEBINARS, PARTNER EVENTS, LUNCH & LEARNS, ETC.)

  • Coordinate the logistics to ensure the success of our activities (may require to attend some of them)
  • Develop communication plans the maximize our visibility before, during and after the event
  • Keep track of results and performance of each event

INNOVATIVE & STRATEGY

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to refine lead generation strategies continually, leverage AI and new tools/techniques
  • Identify and share identified opportunities with managements

DESIRED COMPETENCIES & EXPERIENCE

  • Relevant degree or experience in marketing, sales, programming, IT or similar
  • 4+ years working in a similar role
  • Have used a CRM before, examples: Zoho, Hubspot, Salesforce, Creatio
  • Passion (or interest) for automation and AI in business settings/marketing
  • Experience with outreach/sequencing tools such as Apollo, Outreach, Instantly…
  • Experience in email marketing (MailChimp, Constant Contact) and/or cold email lead generation
  • Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Experience with tools like Make, Browse.ai, Clay, Zapier….
  • Knowledge of the manufacturing and distribution SMB market
