The Account Executive is responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing the full sales
cycle, negotiating contracts, and ensuring ongoing customer satisfaction. This role requires a strong understanding of ERP systems and the ability to align technology solutions with customer needs.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT & MARKET GROWTH

  • Identify, prospect, and engage potential customers in target industries.
  • Analyze customer business processes to determine ERP/SAP solution needs.
  • Present and demonstrate ERP/SAP features and benefits tailored to client requirements.
  • Act as a brand ambassador for N’ware Technologies at industry events, trade shows, and networking activities.
  • Provide market and customer feedback to the product development team to support continuous improvement.

SALES CYCLE MANAGEMENT

  • Lead the full sales process from prospecting to closing.
  • Evaluate pricing, credit terms, guarantees, and delivery timelines in alignment with company policies.
  • Prepare or oversee the preparation of quotes, proposals, and sales contracts.
  • Negotiate agreements that maximize company profitability while ensuring customer value.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery and maintain proactive communication with customers.

CUSTOMER SATISFACTION & ACCOUNT GROWTH

  • Follow up with clients post-implementation to ensure satisfaction and adoption.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling related ERP modules, services, or integrations.
  • Maintain long-term client relationships built on trust, reliability, and expertise.

  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor in support of departmental goals.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree or college degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Experience: 5–7 years in ERP, software, or technology sales.
  • ERP/SAP Knowledge: Strong understanding of ERP systems; experience with SAP Business One is a strong asset.
