Account Manager (Province of Quebec)

Within the Canadian sales team, the candidate will have to develop a network of contacts and partners that will allow him to find new opportunities and conclude sales of our integrated business applications, such as SAP Business One (ERP), LISA WMS (our warehouse management system for SAP Business One and SAP Business ByDesign) and e-commerce solutions.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Develop a network of contacts
  • Attend networking meetings
  • Develop a business relationship with partners
  • Understand the needs of our customers and make value-added proposals
  • Negotiate and close sales
  • Communicate with our implementation team
  • Understand and demonstrate our software

Required Profile:

  • Bachelor’s degree in administration, logistics or a related field
  • 5 to 7 years of experience in sales (software, an asset)
  • Experience with WMS systems (Tier III)
  • Excellent human and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Knowledge of the processes of distribution and manufacturing companies (make to order, make to stock, project, etc.), warehouse management
  • 2 to 4 years of experience in an external consulting firm working with small and medium-sized clients on the installation and implementation of WMS solutions
  • Excellent knowledge of French and English languages
